Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Special guidelines:

  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

  • Only partial refunds can be given for items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items that are exchanged.

Before returning any goods, please send us an email to hello@vitaminbrows.com with the following information:

  • Please provide us with your name and order number.
  • Let us know which items you would like to return and the reason for doing so. If the item is defective or damaged, please also send us photos.
  • Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.

We process all return requests within 48 hours and will contact you via email with further information to initiate the return.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you don't have a refund yet, first double-check your bank account or contact the credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to post to your account.

exchange

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items, and the item will be exchanged for the same item. Please note that you must first pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. The exchanged items will be sent to you free of charge and the shipping costs paid for the return will be credited to you.

The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in. If you are shipping an item valued at over 70 CHF, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
